Studio Rental

Creative Liquid is the perfect place to shoot your next project.  

Our studio is conveniently located in the heart of Alexandria's Old Town neighborhood.  We are four blocks from the King Street Metro Station and three blocks from Route 1.  The Capital Beltway (Interstates 95/495) is close by as well as the George Washington Parkway.

Our 400sq' studio is an affordable option for interviews, webinars, green screen production, photography and small productions.  The studio is bookable by the day. See our complete studio terms and conditions for pricing.

Our studio rental includes access to all studio backdrops including our 24' black/white curtain, 10'x16' gray muslin, 10'x12' tan/green muslin, 10'x12' green screen, and white seamless.  If you need support equipment or production crews let us know at the time of booking and we can help.  For your convenience, we offer studio guests WiFi and complimentary use of our client beverage center.
