Rental Policies

  • Equipment may be picked up and dropped off during normal business hours M-F 9a-5p.  After hours pickup may be available upon request.
  • All rates are DAILY.  Weekly rentals are available at a 20% discount.
  • Order cancelled within 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Equipment may be picked up after 3p on the business day prior to your rental and returned by 10am the day after your rental.  All weekend rentals are billed for (2) days.
  • A credit card (MC, VS, Amex) and government issued photo ID are required at the time of pickup.
  • Prior to pick up the renter must list Creative Liquid Productions LLC as a “Loss Payee” and “Additional Insured” and present a Certificate of Insurance.  The amount covered must be equal to or greater than the replacement cost of the equipment being rented.
  • Some rental items, mostly those with rental rates below $100, may not require insurance.
  • The customer is responsible for testing and insuring the equipment is in working condition before leaving Creative Liquid.  The customer is fully responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment.
  • If equipment is damaged, stolen or not returned the customer will be liable for the repair or replacement.  Daily rental charges will apply until the equipment is repaired or replaced.
  • Payment is required at the time of pickup.  Creative Liquid accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Company Check or Cash for rentals.  No Personal Checks.  A credit card is required to secure the equipment.  Returning customers may apply for 30-Day Net Credit.
